Postbridge Family Dog Show

dog showEvery summer there is a Family Dog Show in Postbridge Village.
There are usually 15 fun classes with rosettes to 6th place and trophies for class winners.  Each entrant receives some treats for their dog.
Entry fees are £1 and all the proceeds go to charity each year.

The Show is held in the field opposite the Village Shop and adjacent to the ancient clapper bridge. There are toilets in the National Park car park across the road from the field.  Entries are from 12:30, judging from 13:30.

In 2011 the weather stayed dry and we raised £660 for the Cinnamon Trust, this included the raffle, the show entry fees and donations.  We would like to thank everyone who supported us - we're delighted that the weather was kind to us all.

There is free parking in the field for exhibitors. The field has shady areas at the top end and is bordered by the East Dart river at the bottom end.

Refreshments are available from the Village Shop and toilets are across the road next to the Information Centre.
